Inspired by a personal journey through hair loss, the business began with a search for lightweight, fashionable earrings that celebrate individuality. An intense growing demand for masculine and unisex merchandise led to an expanded product line.

Committed to environmental responsibility and community outreach, Jae Lai’ Fait repurposes materials to reduce waste and donates earrings to health organizations, women’s shelters, and those facing hardship.

After a three-year hiatus and relocation to Austin, Texas, Jae Lai’ Fait has returned and is welcoming commissions for bespoke creations that reflect each customer’s vision.
